Ms. Duggan’s preferred areas of practice are family law and family law litigation. Ms. Duggan grew up in BC but moved to the US to complete her undergraduate and law degrees. During law school she was a member of the Moot Court Board and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She then practiced law in California for nearly three years before returning permanently to BC. She articled with Johns Southward and subsequently joined the firm’s family law department. Ms. Duggan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Victoria Bar Association
