Robert W Carfra

Mr. Carfra was a Crown Prosecutor in the New Brunswick Department of Justice from 1972 to 1979 when he joined the British Columbia Attorney-General’s office in Penticton where he stayed until 1985. After two years in Edmonton from 1985 to 1987 with the Alberta Attorney-General's office Mr. Carfra moved back to British Columbia and entered private practice.

Since 1989 Mr. Carfra has confined his legal practice to personal injury cases, both minor and complex, mostly arising from car accidents and aircraft incidences. In addition, he also enjoyed success in his dealings against private disability insurance companies and the Canada Pension Appeal Board.

He actively supports his clients, who are from all over British Columbia, in their physical rehabilitation as well as their financial recovery using very much a “hands-on” approach tailored to suit the needs of each case.
