Matthew is a member of the firm’s litigation group and has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as appearing in a number of Administrative Tribunals. Matthew carries on a general litigation practice with a particular emphasis on commercial and contractual disputes, construction litigation, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, employment law, and human rights law. As part of his litigation practice, Matthew represents clients in mediations and arbitrations and is a strong believer in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms when possible. Outside of law, Matthew can be found be found exploring Vancouver Island, as well participating in recreational hockey and soccer.
