Maria is a member of the firm’s solicitor’s practice group. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate law including business acquisitions and dispositions, incorporation and lending; and real estate conveyancing including mortgages. Prior to law school, Maria received a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a focus on modern Russian history. She also worked as a commercial painter and built wooden boats.
