Adrian is a partner in the firm’s business law group. His practice focuses primarily on M & A transactions. He also practices in the areas of real estate, lending and corporate restructuring. He provides clear, steady guidance to his clients on Vancouver Island, elsewhere in British Columbia and throughout the prairie provinces. Outside of work Adrian is kept busy by his young family and incorrigible black lab.
