J.J. is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. J.J. is developing a practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, including administrative and municipal law, employment law, construction law, and debtor-creditor disputes. J.J. received course awards in Secured Transactions and Indigenous Lands, Rights and Governance while at law school, as well as provided tutoring to first-year law students.

J.J. also completed summer placements with the legal teams of the provincial governments of British Columbia and Alberta. When he’s not in the office, J.J. enjoys exploring the island and camping with his wife, staying active playing hockey and cycling, and watching the Edmonton Oilers and Blue Jays.
