Nicholas is a member of the firm’s solicitor practice group, with a practice focused on real estate acquisitions and development, secured lending, estate planning and administration, and business purchases and sales. He is committed to building long-term relationships with his clients and delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice. Nicholas acts for a broad range of clients, including individuals, small business owners, financial institutions, construction and development companies, and family-owned enterprises.
In the community, Nicholas serves on the boards of both the Victoria Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation and Saanich Neighbourhood Place. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
