Macinly is a member of the firm’s solicitor practice group. Macinly focuses her practice on commercial and corporate law, including business acquisitions and dispositions and incorporation; as well as estate and incapacity planning. During law school, Macinly was the recipient of the Victoria Estate Planning Council Douglas Gray Book Prize, which is awarded to a student who shows excellence in Wills and Estates. Macinly also completed a clinical term at the University of Victoria Business Law Clinic. Outside of work, you can find Macinly playing on various sports teams, hiking, camping and otherwise exploring beautiful Vancouver Island.
